Chelsea Beach is proudly part of the Sanctuary of Early Learning family – a privately owned and operated early learning group dedicated to creating exceptional environments where children, families and educators feel a true sense of belonging.

Our story began in 2010 with the opening of Mt Eliza House, founded on a vision of providing high-quality early childhood education that nurtures each child’s individuality through meaningful relationships, play-based learning and inspiring environments. As our community has grown, so too has our family, welcoming Seaford House in 2021, Frankston Beach in 2024, Dromana Beach in 2025, Mt Eliza House Academy in 2026, and now Chelsea Beach.

As a family-owned organisation, every decision we make is guided by genuine care, strong values and a commitment to providing the very best for children and families. While each Sanctuary service has its own unique identity, they are united by a shared philosophy of creating beautiful learning environments where children feel safe, confident and inspired to explore.
